NOTES
Intense ruby red color and aromas of red fruits such as blackberry jam,
strawberry and currant, with some notes of cassis flower, mocha and light hints of vanilla.

Grapes: Organically grown, certified by Ecocert.
Origin: Maipo Valley
Climate: Mediterranean
Production: 4,000 kg/ha.
VINIFICATION AND ELABORATION
Harvest: Grapes harvested by hand, selected in the vineyard and then in the winery.

Fermentation: Pre-fermentative maceration at 7°C for 5 days.
Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28°C to 30°C for 5 to 7 days.
