VINIFICATION AND ELABORATION

Harvest: Manual, with grapes harvested in the vineyard and then in the winery. Fermentation: Short maceration and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 12-14°C.

Aging: 2 months in stainless steel.

Time in bottle: 2 months before being sold.
